Aisling Bea

Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian, who's been performing for some time. She was born in Kildare, Ireland on 16th March 1984. Bea was on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling CliodhnadhSullivan (born on 16 March 1984), also known as Aisling bea, is an Irish comedian as well as a writer and actress. Bea, who began appearing as bit roles on Irish or British TV shows in 2009, made her debut as a stand-up comedian in the year 2011. In 2012, she started to regularly appear on sketches and sitcoms. Following her prize from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011 and then began appearing on numerous panel show where she is becoming a mainstay. She's a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2016 and she is one of the most popular contestants on the show's spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her were Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. She has a younger sister, Sinead. She was only the second ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea Her maiden name, which is her birth name, pays tribute to her father who passed away. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling was born in Kildare town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian is an equine doctor who killed himself when she was just three. Bea didn't learn how the death of her father occurred until she reached the age of thirteen. To honor her dad, she chose the stage-name Bea and in 2017 published an article on suicides and deaths that affected the family she was raised by for The Guardian. Bea (and her younger sister Sinead) were raised in the same home as Helen Moloney who was a educator and jockey trainer who was also a professional jockey. They were obsessed with race meetings as well as horses. Bea was a guide at her family's involvement at the Irish National Stud in her beginning teens. She knew, however that it wasn't what she wanted to pursue as a profession and preferred doing.
